Spring has sprung and with it the promise of new life. We look around and see evidence in the budding of the trees and the flowers emerging from the ground. The days are longer, warmer and it’s time to come out of hibernation. The earth has a process all of it’s own that happens with or without you. When you pay a little bit of attention to it, the rewards can be boundless.

The same can be said of your body. Similar to cultivating the ground, we can cultivate our own soil, fortifying our immune system, creating balance and the optimal internal environment for us to grow and flourish. If we just let ourselves go we may create an environment that is prone to bugs, infection and dis-ease. You will get what you get.
